Our cancellation/no-show policy has been established to help us serve you better.

When time has been set aside for you and you cancel at the last minute or do not show up, it is a loss for another guest waiting to get in, as well as a financial loss to our small business.

We ask that you give us 24-hour notice in the event you need to change your appointment, thus allowing us to accommodate another guest. Failure to do so will result in a 50 percent service charge.
​
No-shows will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
​
We understand that emergencies arise, and we will be accommodating in these situations. We will do our best to offer you the same courtesy.
